Services Offered
Ideas on What to Eat
I can provide meal/snack planning with foods you love while navigating any health concerns. Typically 30 min to 1 hour sessions. These can be done in-person or remotely.
Assistance in the Kitchen
This option is best for when you have done the shopping and know what you’d like to eat, but could use some assistance in preparing foods to make cooking easier. Maybe you’d like some oatmeal prepped for the week, or soup that can be doubled and frozen in individual containers to eat throughout the coming weeks. Typically 1-2 hour in-person sessions.
Side-by-Side Planning and Preparation
In this option, I assist with planning, shopping, and prep. Let’s talk about foods you love and miss, any health issues that you’d like to have considered, and plan a few meals and head to the store. Once shopping is complete, I can assist with the unpacking, prepping and storing so you can then cook at your leisure or we can prep side-by-side. Typically 2-4 hour in-person sessions.
*Travel time is typically billed as a part of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
